Bio

Shawna Kay is a highly organized and creative emerging fashion stylist in the industry. With her dynamic background in fashion design she has used her talents to intricately style editorials, catalogues, and much more. After receiving her BFA in Fashion Design and Marketing, she began her career designing for various fashion companies. While working as a designer she further developed a keen eye for trend forecasting and fashion mixing. It is at this time she realized her enthusiasm for fashion styling. She began to take styling courses at F.I.T, while assisting established stylists in the industry. While assisting she learned the ins and outs of the business. With her never ending imagination, coupled with attention to detail she is able to visually narrate her styling.
She recently shot this 6 page editorial with photographer John De Amara in which her inspiration was a "night on the town, in the city." This 6 page spread was glam and edgy. In the future, Shawna Kay plans on continuing to developher styling company Revamped Images.
